HOW WE GOT OUR START
In 1948, our roots were planted as the Title Abstract Company of Pennsylvania. We grew into an underwriting company that eventually had one goal: to support and enhance the operations of existing title organizations. Since then, we’ve grown as the strategic leader in the title insurance industry, and it’s no cliche´… we are the Title Alliance family. Building Businesses. Growing Profits.
Title Alliance was the first in the industry to develop title and settlement joint ventures with real estate and lending professionals in Pennsylvania. Over the years, Title Alliance has grown from an individual agency, to regional underwriter, and most recently a partnership company.
Since 1983, Title Alliance has been focused exclusively on creating and administering successful RESPA compliant joint-ventured title agencies. Now in 10 states, Title Alliance has built over 70 successful partnerships while expanding across the country.

Title Alliance was the first in the industry to develop title and settlement joint ventures with real estate and lending professionals in Pennsylvania. With an unparalleled record of 85 successful joint ventures, Title Alliance has established itself time and time again as the strategic alliance leader in the Title Insurance industry.
The genesis of Title Alliance, Ltd. is Title Abstract Company of Pennsylvania which was founded in 1948. That company later created an underwriting company as well as many other companies that supported and enhanced the operations of the title underwriting company. The management team of Title Alliance wanted to focus exclusively on the business of creating and administering successful RESPA compliant joint-ventured title agencies.
Where We Are
LOCATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTRY
In 2015, Title Alliance expanded out of its founding East Coast habitat and began forming a Western Division. As a growing company now operating in four times zones with over 50 locations across 10 states, Title Alliance is continually opening new offices and expanding into new regions. A plan for sustained growth provides opportunities to join the team from anywhere in the country.
Current states include: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, with more to be announced

Title Alliance forms in house title and escrow joint ventured title agencies with some of the most elite brokerages and teams across the United States. While we actively work to earn outside business and track all business received, we don’t require our team members to come to us with a book for business. We ask for team members to come to the table with a positive mindset and a desire to work hard to service the client. If those things are present, we will ultimately have plenty of business for our team members to service.
