Jim Campbell

Chief Executive Officer

Starting with the company in 2004 as an Affiliated Business Specialist
and becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2007, Jim has
always been focused on helping the company with strategic growth. In 2015, Jim was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.

He leads using a customer-centric management style and promotes individual and company growth. Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University.

Lindsay Smith

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer for Title Alliance, Lindsay focuses on developing strategies to strengthen their family of companies and to position them for success. Her emphasis is on overall growth, communication and strategic development from both a corporate and joint venture perspective. Lindsay works closely with partners during the sales cycle to assure cultural alignment and the proper expectations are set and executed upon.

Since 2016, under Lindsay’s strategic leadership, Title Alliance’s Western Division has increased by over 700% in profits. Lindsay graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and English Writing.

Maria Deligiorgis, Esq

General Counsel & Compliance Officer

Maria joined Title Alliance in 2017 as Regional Director of the Mid Atlantic. In 2019, Maria was promoted to General Counsel and Compliance Officer where she is responsible for the company’s legal and business elements in all operations as well as supervising and directing underwriting, compliance reports and best practices along with overseeing SOC 1 and SOC 2 reporting and other company endeavors.

Maria has a Master of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Iowa and her Juris Doctor Degree from American University Washington College of Law.

Patti J. DeGennaro

Chief Implementation Officer

Patti served in many roles within the Title Alliance Company from 1985-2013 most notably serving as President of T.A. Financial Services based in Pittsburgh, PA. She also launched a partnership focused on handling reverse mortgage transactions as well as her role and contributions as a Partner and COO of Title Alliance. Since 2013, Patti has worked as an Independent Consultant and Expert Witness and has also successfully completed multiple user manuals. Patti’s current focus is on streamlining the company’s Central Processing Unit to best service all of their operations within their 10 state footprints.

 Patti is a licensed title agent and holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Paralegal Certificate from Duquesne University, along with an undergraduate degree in Regional Planning and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Sharon Lontoc

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sharon is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy and innovating operating models in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company.

Sharon will focus specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation, and overall employee relations.

Sharon is a graduate of Christopher Newport University and Old Dominion University.

Thomas Cestare

Chief Financial Officer

Tom is an experienced financial industry executive with substantive financial services and investment experience. Tom has over 30 years of experience in managing the financial risks of major companies, as well as capital deployment, strategic financial planning and reporting. Tom was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2010-2019 at Beneficial Bancorp, a $4.7 billion bank with over $240 million in revenue. At Beneficial, Tom managed a team of 65+ members.

Prior to Beneficial, Tom was the Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Sovereign Bancorp, Inc., a $92 billion Philadelphia bank. Additionally, Tom comes to us with an in depth experience in dealing with ESOP companies and assuring favorable stockholder returns. Beneficial Savings Bank was an ESOP Company, with the ESOP owning 6% of their outstanding units.
