Coverage is provided through Blue Cross PPO. The plan is a High Deductible Plan. The employee is responsible for $1,250 (single) and $2,500 (family) while the employer funds $1,750 (single) and $3,500 (family) to meet remainder of the deductible. The plan offers a telemedicine program which is a convenient and low-cost option when unable to get to a doctor.
