Coverage is provided through Blue Cross PPO. The plan is a High Deductible Plan. The employee is responsible for $1,250 (single) and $2,500 (family) while the employer funds $1,750 (single) and $3,500 (family) to meet remainder of the deductible. The plan offers a telemedicine program which is a convenient and low-cost option when unable to get to a doctor.

Innovative Benefit Planning provides employees with a single point of contact for help with anything benefits related. Your Benefit Guardian will assist you with any claims/billing issues you may have and with navigating the healthcare system. You are kept fully informed during any inquiry process.

The 401K plan is held by Fidelity. There is Quarterly Open Enrollment. The plan offers many Investment Options including Target Date Retirement Funds. Title Alliance matches 25 cents on the dollar up to 6 percent of your annual salary.
