Lindsay Smith re-joined Title Alliance Ltd in December of 2005 as Project Manager. Previously, she was a part time employee of an affiliate of Title Alliance Ltd from 2000-2002 before moving to Maryland where she worked an as Office Manager for a Maryland based title and escrow operation. As Project Manager, Lindsay´s primary responsibilities included managing the process for setting up new title ventures and also working with the Sales and Operational Teams to assure the smooth running of ventures once established. In May of 2007, Lindsay was given additional responsibilities as the Assistant Marketing Director for Title Alliance Ltd. In this role, Lindsay designed and executed marketing campaigns for Title Alliance Ltd and also collaborates with each of the joint ventured operations. Her focus was on increasing customer and partner satisfaction through the use of various tools such as surveys and focus group sessions.
In January 2011, Lindsay was promoted to Marketing Director increasing her responsibilities to include overseeing all Marketing efforts for Title Alliance Ltd and all of their title joint ventures. Since then she has implemented a company wide customer satisfaction survey, bimonthly newsletters for each entity and quarterly joint venture marketing round tables. Through the focus groups and online surveys, Lindsay looks closely at what our customers are looking for in their ventures and helps to set a service level at which the operation will function. Lindsay is also responsible for the meeting and event planning for both Title Alliance Ltd and the joint ventures. She is responsible for in person meetings, webinar meetings and telephonic meetings for as few as 10 people and as many as 700. She most enjoys interacting with partners and customers. Lindsay controls and monitors all Public Relation efforts for Title Alliance Ltd and the affiliated companies. She also crafts all social media campaigns and actively monitors and grows the Title Alliance Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Pages.
Lindsay graduated from LaSalle University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and English Writing, Cum Laude in 2004. She has taken courses in Survey Design, Data Analysis & Statistical Charting in addition to attending seminars on Social Networking. Her Social Networking seminars specifically focused on understanding Facebook and LinkedIn. Lindsay also has studied Meeting Planning through various Meeting Planner coursework.
