LILLIAN M. REDAVID

VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & DIRECTOR

Lillian ReDavid joined Title Alliance Ltd in 1984 as an Accounts Payable and General Ledger Clerk. Her responsibilities included all accounts payable functions in addition to making journal entries into the ledger in order to produce financial statements. In the late 1980´s, Lillian was promoted to Assistant Secretary and in 1995 was promoted again to Accounting Department Manager where she oversaw all aspects of accounting. At that time, Lillian focused herself on the regulatory issues within title insurance companies. She had interaction with the Insurance Departments, IRS and various auditors.

In 2001, she was promoted to Vice President and Controller and in 2006 Lillian was appointed Chief Financial Officer. In 2007, Lillian became partner of Title Alliance, Ltd. Her current duties include but are not limited to preparing corporate financial statements, budgeting for both Title Alliance Ltd and all of the joint ventures and administering benefits to Title Alliance Ltd and joint venture employees. Lillian also is responsible for all of the banking for Title Alliance Ltd and the joint ventures. She maintains banking relationships and oversees all account reconciliations.

With regard to the partners, Lillian distributes K1 statements and tax returns, calculates distributions on a quarterly basis and issues checks to partners and reviews all joint venture financial statements prior to issuance. Lillian received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, with concentrations in Accounting and Human Resources from Neumann College in 1991. In 2005, she received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Lillian most enjoys helping joint venture managers, customers and partners to understand the financial statements, distribution calculations and budgeting processes.
