Jason started in the Title and Escrow world in 1995. His first position was as a data entry clerk for a company that built property databases for Title Companies. In 1997, Jason moved to a subsidiary of a National Title Underwriter where he would spend the next almost 20 years of his career, learning and developing as a title and escrow professional. His experience began in the Title Department where he obtained valuable knowledge that would be the foundation to his career in Escrow. In this role, he learned the nuances of Arizona Deeds, Deeds of Trusts, Releases and more.

Eager to learn, Jason advanced in 1999 to become an Escrow Assistant for a Senior Escrow Officer in the same company. In this role, Jason found his passion for the industry. His focus was on residential escrow transactions and on any given month he had 40 files on his desk. With a proven track record, Jason moved into an Escrow Officer Role in 2001 and he was quickly given Right of Way Accounts which earned him several commercial transactions. Jason was responsible for a desk bringing in on average $900,000 annually, allowing him to procure a team of his own to increase the revenues generated. When the market crashed in 2008, Jason was the last man standing in his branch because of his client relations, industry knowledge and commitment to customer excellence.

In 2009, Jason was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager where he worked with a team of 5 escrow professionals and generated $2 million in revenue annually. He continued to advance to other positions including Office Manager and Assistant Vice President. Jason was instrumental in implementing strategic programs to generate additional business from behind the escrow desk. He also focused on recruiting from within and both identifying and cultivating talent assuring that all deserving were recognized and appreciated. Jason led efforts to streamline processes and to utilize technology to better support the workflows in the business and to provide a more streamlined customer experience to the clients.

In 2018, Jason joined the Title Alliance family where he currently serves as Regional Operation Manager for the States of Arizona and New Mexico. He is responsible for overseeing 9 physical locations who, over the last 12 month period, have increased their capture in the Arizona Marketplace by 10 basis points. Jason is most excited about growing the teams on the ground and continuing to expand the Title Alliance footprint and to grow market share.
